Where an organisation engages Praxis Health, we may collect:

Clinical data (screening)
For individuals attending a screening, clinical and health-related data is collected as part of a private consultation. This may include:
- cardiovascular indicators (e.g. blood pressure)
- metabolic indicators (where applicable)
- validated mental health screening scores (e.g. PHQ-9, GAD-7)
- behavioural and lifestyle information relevant to the screening

How clinical data is handled
Clinical data collected during screening is:
- held confidentially
- not shared with employers at an individual level
- used only for clinical purposes and anonymised reporting
Employers receive only aggregated, anonymised insights across the team. No individual can be identified from any report provided to an employer.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared where necessary with:
- registered healthcare professionals involved in service delivery
- trusted IT providers supporting secure systems
- Google LLC, via Google Analytics, for the purpose of understanding website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with this website. IP addresses are anonymised. Data may be processed on Google's servers outside the UK; Google participates in the UK-US data bridge framework. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser settings or by declining analytics cookies when prompted.
All third parties are required to meet appropriate data protection and confidentiality standards.
Data retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary:
- enquiry data -- typically up to 12 months
- client data -- in line with contractual and business requirements
- clinical records -- typically 8 years, in line with standard occupational health practice, and disposed of securely thereafter
Your rights
Under data protection law, you have the right to:

- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion (where applicable)
- restrict or object to processing
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has not been handled correctly.
