Your appointment

This appointment is for you

Your company has arranged this screening to give you time and space to focus on your own health. The business provides the opportunity. The appointment itself is a private clinical consultation between you and a registered nurse. Nothing you say, and nothing in your results, goes back to your employer.

Your results stay with you

Your employer receives an anonymised overview of patterns across the team. Your name, your individual results, and anything discussed in your consultation are never part of it.
Participation is entirely voluntary.

Legally protected

Registered Nurses are bound by strict professional standards and legal obligations around confidentiality. This is not a policy — it is a professional and legal requirement.

No clock ticking

You will spend between 25 and 60 minutes in a private room. There is no form to tick through. This is an unhurried clinical review where you can ask the questions that matter to you.

How your data helps the whole team

The anonymised patterns help the business support you better

This is not about monitoring individuals. It is about understanding how the business is working from the perspective of the people in it.

What the business receives is a high-level, anonymised view of patterns across the team — not health records, not personal results.

For example:

  • Whether workload is consistently exceeding capacity
  • Whether people are able to switch off outside work
  • How energy and fatigue are tracking
  • Whether people feel supported

Alongside early health signals such as:

  • Patterns of elevated blood pressure across the team
  • Indicators of metabolic risk (e.g. cholesterol or glucose trends)
  • Frequency of musculoskeletal strain
  • Early signs of stress-related impact on physical health

This allows the business to make practical improvements to workload, pace, and support — while also identifying where underlying health risk may be building.

To give a sense of what that looks like in practice, the figures below are drawn from an anonymised Praxis report:

42% reported workload regularly exceeding available time
47% reported working while unwell
1 in 3 had considered leaving in the previous three months

Alongside patterns such as:

  • A proportion of the team showing elevated blood pressure readings
  • Early indicators of metabolic risk across the cohort
  • Recurring musculoskeletal strain linked to desk-based work

No names. No individual data. Ever.

Most companies track revenue carefully.
Few have real visibility into the health of the people delivering it. Praxis Health exists to change that.
