Screening levels & pricing

Designed for teams of 10 to 200 employees

Every screening level includes nurse-led clinical checks, a private consultation, and an anonymised workforce report for leadership.

Calibrated to your team.

All screenings are delivered by a registered nurse using medical-grade diagnostic equipment. Results are explained during the appointment, with a written personal summary provided within 48 hours.

Most teams begin at Enhanced. Some choose to establish a baseline first. Others want a more detailed clinical picture from the outset. There is no wrong starting point.

A structured clinical baseline

Most people haven’t had a clear, joined-up view of their health.

This screening establishes a baseline across cardiovascular, respiratory and metabolic function, alongside urinalysis and a structured assessment of mental health, lifestyle and workplace factors.

It is not a superficial check. It provides a clinically grounded starting point, often identifying early patterns that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Best for: establishing a baseline and identifying early signals

Deeper insight into how health risk develops

This is the level most teams choose.

It builds on the Essential screen with blood markers that reflect how risk develops over time, including cholesterol, long-term glucose control and haemoglobin, alongside a QRISK3 cardiovascular risk assessment.

Combined with mental health screening and a focused musculoskeletal check, this level provides a clear and structured understanding of how health is functioning day to day.

The outcome is not just data, but a coherent picture of risk, resilience and performance.

Best for: identifying early risk before it begins to impact performance

A deeper clinical screen for hidden and developing risk

This is a more advanced level of screening, designed for individuals where early detection and clarity matter most.

In addition to the Enhanced assessment, this level introduces markers that sit beneath otherwise normal results, including systemic inflammation (CRP) and early kidney and microvascular stress (ACR).

These markers help distinguish between stable health and underlying physiological strain.

The consultation is longer and more detailed, allowing results to be interpreted in context, with clearer direction on what matters most and what to monitor over time.

Best for: senior team members or those wanting a more complete clinical picture

What this gives you

Clear, individual insight across your team, and a structured view of workforce health at a business level.

Each employee receives a private consultation, immediate results, and a written health report.

You receive an anonymised overview of where risk is emerging, where performance may be affected, and where to focus attention first.

Areas of strength are visible too — not assumed, but evidenced.

No dashboards to interpret. No generic recommendations.

Just a clear understanding of where your team is now, and what to do next.

What this says about how you run things

The most capable people in your industry have options. They are not choosing on salary alone.

An on-site clinical screening — private, unhurried, delivered by a registered nurse — reflects a level of care and attention most benefits packages don’t reach.

Nobody forgets the day someone actually looked after them.

Not a form. Not a login. Not a link to an app. A real clinician, in a private room, taking the time to explain what your results actually mean.

That experience travels. It shapes how people talk about where they work.

The data removes the guesswork.

Every founder has a sense of when their team is under pressure. Most act on instinct,or wait until something surfaces.

The workforce report replaces that uncertainty with a clear, objective view of where risk is building – before it becomes operational.

The people who matter stay longer.

Employees who feel genuinely looked after are slower to leave. Replacing a single mid-level hire often costs more than a full screening day.

The financial case is straightforward. The signal it sends is harder to quantify.

In a team of 30, one resignation is not a statistic.
It is a business event.

Praxis health screening is delivered by a registered nurse and is structured to meet HMRC criteria for VAT-exempt medical services.

Under current HMRC guidance, one annual health screening per employee is generally not treated as a benefit-in-kind, meaning no income tax for the employee and no Class 1A National Insurance for the employer.

"When you compare the tax position with the cost of lost productivity, the logic is straightforward."
